Revolution Ride – Our signature ride. 50 minutes of spin start to finish. Motivating music, inspirational instructors, lightly choreographed for a full- body workout (we’ve added core work and a weight track). Although this is a fast paced class, all levels are welcome. Work at your own pace.
Cycle Lab – The newly designed Lab will take place once a month and is designed to be taken after you have a few rides under your belt. 30 minute (free) class with time allotted with the instructor to bike setup, proper technique, Q&A and specific ways to improve your ride.
Turbo Ride – Ready to rock and roll? Turbo ride takes the Revolution Ride and turns it up to an 11! 75 minutes of pure energy. COMING BACK SOON!
Cycle Restore – 45 minute Revolution Ride and 30 minutes in the yoga studio for a restorative practice (nice long stretch and breath work). Pure bliss. Bring a yoga mat, or rent one from us for $1
Cycle Core – 45 minute Revolution Ride and 30 minutes in the yoga studio or out on the grass for a core workout and stretch. Bring a yoga mat, or rent one from us for $1
Cycle Strength – 45 minute Revolution Ride and 30 minutes in the yoga studio for some serious strength work! Variations on squats, lunges, burpees, core work and a little more for the arms. Something different each class to keep your body guessing. Bring a yoga mat, or rent one from us for $1
Cycle Soul – We turn the Cycle / Restore on it’s head! 30 minute gentle ride and 45 minutes in the yoga studio for stretch and breath work (aka yoga!). This is a great class for first time riders and first time yogis! Bring a yoga mat, or rent one from us for $1

Yin / Restore – Nourish your body in this seated / reclining practice. A deep, gentle practice designed to relax your body, mind and spirit. Deep stretches get into the connective tissues and increase flexibility. Use of props. You will come away feeling relaxed and regenerated.
Yoga Nidra – Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice of deep meditation in savasana position (laying down!). The guided practice dives deep into the layers of the mind and nervous system leaving the practitioner feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

You can cancel up to 4 hours prior to a class you have signed up for and your account will be automatically refunded the class amount. This allows people on the waitlist plenty of notice that they got a spot. Yay! We understand that life sometimes gets in the way but we hope you will find this policy fair and see it as a good way to hold you to your practice. If you are within the 4 hours and you need to cancel, please still take the time to go online and cancel or call the studio so we can give your bike to someone on the wait list. We do reserve the right to give up your bike if you are not checked in at the studio at least 5 minutes before class starts.
